About the centre

By December 2009 the site will comprise of two blocks of 92 luxury 500 sq ft office space with amazing flexible lease terms. The reception areas will have a serene modern atmosphere with break out seating to relax. The reception area will also be manned daily as a Business Centre Manager. On site facilities will include boardrooms with the latest in electronic equipment, fully equipped kitchens, lift and high quality toilets facilities on all floors. Ample parking for both centres will be covered by 24hour CCTV.

Our offices in Liverpool allow access for tenants 24 hour a day so in order to maintain a high level of security on the premises we have 24 hour CCTV coverage and security. Each tenant has a key fob to gain entry to the building and their office, and as an additional security feature each wing is alarmed.

Liverpool is the prime spot for new companies and predicted to be one of the North West's highest commercial growth areas over the next five years. The owner of Liverpool Airport has plans to extend re-development of the city creating 17,000 jobs and £5.5 billion investments.
